Dr. Lax has owned and operated his dental office in Green Island since 1978.
After earning his Bachelor's of Science degree from the Brooklyn College of City University of New York in 1971,
Dr. Lax went on to receive a doctorate of dental surgery from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1975.
Since his graduation, he has served the dental community in a number of positions including:

Hygiene Department
Our Hygiene department consists of an extensive preventative care program. Our
hygienists are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of our dental program. They have
extensive experience in periodontal therapy, pedodontics and adult continuing care. We
are equipped to provide our patients with state of the art technology and pharmaceutical
adjunct therapy. All dental hygienists are graduates of Hudson Valley Community College.
